Meeting notes organized around the people you meet.

Savory records your meetings, transcribes them entirely on your Mac, and files every conversation under the people in it. Audio never touches disk.

0 bytes
of audio ever written to disk. Enforced by an automated audit in CI.
100%
of transcription runs on your Mac. Works with Wi-Fi off.
No bot
joins your calls. Savory captures both sides locally.
No card

Capture tools remember the meeting. You need to remember the person.

The meeting bot problem

A stranger in every call

Cloud notetakers join your meeting as a participant and upload the audio to their servers. Your clients see the bot. Their legal team sees the retention policy.

The pile problem

Notes filed by date, useful never

A folder of transcripts sorted by day tells you nothing before your next call. What you need is everything you ever discussed with the person walking in.

The follow-through problem

Who owes whom, forgotten

Commitments made in meetings evaporate. Savory keeps a two-way ledger per person, so you walk in knowing where things stand.

The people wedge

Every meeting flows into the people it was with.

Open anyone and see your whole history: every meeting, how often you talk, what came out of it, and the open items on both sides of the table.

Privacy by architecture

Private because it can't be otherwise.

Most tools promise privacy in a policy. Savory enforces it in the build: the code path that would write audio to disk does not exist, and an automated audit keeps it that way.

Audio lives in memory only

Samples are read for on-device transcription, then dropped. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved, nothing can leak from a server that was never involved.

Summaries are opt-in and scrubbed

Off by default. When you ask, only the text transcript is summarized with OpenAI or Gemini, and emails, phone numbers, card numbers, and IDs are redacted before it goes.

Your data stays on your Mac

Notes, transcripts, and voiceprints live in local storage under your account. Deleting everything is one biometric-confirmed action.

Three things happen. Only one of them is your job.

Record

Hit Record from the top bar, the menu bar, the floating recorder, or any calendar event. On a Mac, Savory captures your mic and the other side of the call. No bot joins anything.

Transcribe, on device

Whisper runs locally, with live text as people speak and speaker separation on macOS. The model lives on your Mac, so it works in airplane mode.

Organized by person

Meetings file themselves under everyone who attended. Summaries, topics, and action items land on each person's page, next to everything you've ever discussed.

A recorder that stays out of the way. And out of your calls.

A small floating recorder sits wherever you drag it: live waveform, timer, one click to stop. The menu bar keeps quick record a keystroke away. Echo cancellation and speaker separation keep the transcript clean and attributed. And when the meeting ends, the audio is already gone: transcription consumed it in memory, and only the text remains.

Questions people actually ask

No. Audio is processed in memory and never written to disk, let alone uploaded. Transcription runs on your Mac with a local Whisper model. The only thing that can leave is the text transcript, and only when you explicitly ask for a summary.

Never. Savory records locally on your Mac, capturing your microphone and the call's system audio directly. Nothing appears in the participant list, nothing asks to be let in, and nothing depends on which meeting app you use.

The text transcript, with emails, phone numbers, card numbers, and IDs redacted, is summarized using OpenAI or Gemini. It's opt-in and off by default. The summary comes back and is stored locally with everything else.

Your next meeting deserves a better memory.

Download Savory, record one meeting, open the person's page. That's the pitch.
