Draft placeholder for the prototype. Final language lands with counsel review before public launch; structure and headings are real.

Acceptance

Using the Savory apps or this website means you accept these terms. If you're using Savory for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Savory apps during early access. You own your content; we claim no rights over your transcripts, notes, or summaries.

Recording responsibly

Recording laws vary by place and context. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required where you record. Savory's consent prompt is a tool to help you act deliberately; it is not legal advice.

Early-access software

Savory is provided as-is during early access. We work hard to protect your data, and the local-first design limits the blast radius of any failure, but you should keep exports of anything irreplaceable.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product leaves early access; material changes will be announced in the app and on the changelog.
